Elsa and Michael’s engagement session in Lisbon was one of the most original and fun we have ever done. Major soccer fans Elsa and Michael chose to celebrate their love commitment in Sport Lisboa e Benfica’s stadium, Estádio da Luz, home to their favourite Portuguese soccer team. When they told us their wish, we also got super excited since we had never experienced doing a romantic session in a stadium. The architectural scale of the stadium and its main colour, red, portrayed a strong backdrop empowering the couple’s promise of love. While they exchanged intimate, romantic gestures, the mood got more intense, and one could think of imaginary fans filling up the empty seats cheering their union. It was visually a remarkable session and the detail of their team jerseys with Mrs. and Mr. on the back was the cherry on top of the cake.
